Shane started rollerblading when he was 13 years old and is 43 now, for the last 11 years Shane has had the honour to help people change there lives through fitness and nutrition. Noticing with age come limitations and niggles that can interfere with a healthy skate life, Shane started sport specific training and now provides clear direction and teaches skills to keep you skating better and for longer.
Vision
My vision simply is to share my passion for fitness and rollerblading with Rollerbladers. for 11 years I have helped people from all walks of life to achieve there fitness goals. Its time I turned my attention to helping rollerbladers achieve their rollerblading goals. To share fitness with Inline skaters help them gain strength, mobility, skills and longevity. I have managed to use my knowledge of the human body around fitness to help me recover from injury, address posture issues, strengthen weaknesses and fix imbalances caused from years of skating and neglecting sports specific fitness training. Once I started to focus on training to skate i seen my ability sore to new hights I'm in my forties and feel just as able on the blades as i did in my 20s, this is what i want to share with the skating community to help others achieve longevity and to mix my passion with my day job as an online fitness trainer. Together we will dive into your current situation and future dreams and build the program to make it happen. lets go.
